an experience Determining the density of liquids.

the goal:

Determining the density of liquids.

Materials and tools:

Scale- Graduated cylinder- Water- Oil- Glycerin- Solar panel- Mercury

Steps:

1- Weigh the listed equipment empty and determine its mass.

2- Weigh different liquids with their varying volumes.

3- Calculate the density of the liquid and note the readings on the panel in front of you.

4- Repeat this step using different liquids and volumes, and compare the differences in density.

Note:

The density of a single liquid is constant despite differences in its mass and volume. However, the density of materials can differ from one another despite having the same volume.

Conclusion:

We can conclude that density is the mass per unit volume (1 cm³) of a substance.

Density (D) = Mass (M) / Volume (V)
